In this role, you will manage reservations with precision and grace, ensuring each guest experience begins with excellence and anticipation of their unique preferences. Key Responsibilities Create a genuine, informative, and personalized guest reservations experience by accurately inputting guest contact information and updating guest history with previous stays, special occasions, preferences, and other pertinent details. Respond to guest inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, accommodations, pricing, and special offers. Maintain complete knowledge of resort facilities and services, including: All accommodations, layouts, décor, and attributes Rates, packages, and promotions Spa treatments, benefits, and costs Entertainment, special events, and daily availability Directions and general information for local services, restaurants, wineries, and points of interest Assist in resolving guest challenges, collaborating with team members and other departments to exceed expectations. Ensure accurate billing and financial transactions for all guest accounts. Upsell resort services and offerings to enhance the guest experience. This role invites you to be the first touchpoint in an exceptional luxury stay, setting the tone for memorable experiences and upholding the high standards of Collegio alla Querce. Qualifications Experience A minimum of three years in a hospitality reservations position in a luxury environment. Technical Skills Proficiency in English; additional languages are highly desirable. Ability to create professional business correspondence. Core Competencies Must possess gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner and ability to engage in a positive manner with each and every guest. Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
