Job Description As a friendly voice on the phone or amicable contact by email, you will provide our guests with excellent service, starting with the booking process. Your duties will also include the following: Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options Maintaining OPERA Cloud, as well as our electronic bookings systems Generating and verifying invoices (debtors and creditors) in line with our pricing policy Handling deposits and monitoring timely incoming payments Assisting both the Sales and Front Office team at peak times Flexible schedule Qualifications Have completed a hospitality apprenticeship and/or have work experience in the hospitality/customer call centre industry or are looking for a career change. Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry A solid command of (written and spoken) English. French and/or Dutch is a plus Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together Previous experience similar roles is highly valued.
