Responsibilities:
Receive and process client inquiries regarding reservations and bookings.
Enter reservations into the system, confirm, modify, and cancel bookings.
Monitor payments, process documents and contracts, and maintain the client database.
Coordinate with sales, partners, and service providers.
Prepare and send final confirmations, itineraries, and related documentation.
Resolve partner questions, ensure high service levels and quick response times.
Contribute to process improvements and work with CRM systems.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in reservations/booking (tourism, hospitality, etc.).
Knowledge of booking systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or similar tools; willingness to learn new systems.
English at least at an Intermediate level (for communication with international clients/partners).
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
Education: secondary vocational or higher.
Preference for experience in tourism/hospitality and knowledge of industry reservation principles.
