About the role / Mō te tūraka mahi We are looking for a Reservations and Events Specialist with great attention to details to join our fun friendly Central Reservations team in Auckland City. This role will be responsible for managing and loading reservations from various markets (F.I.T, Wholesale and Corporate segments) for our Sudima Hotels Branded properties, taking incoming calls, answering queries and inputting reservations into the online system, all whilst ensuring accurate information is entered our customers feel valued. About you | Ko wai koe Preferred Skills, Qualifications & Experiences NZQF Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2), or At least three years of relevant experience Hotel, Hospitality or Event Management (Level 5 or similar) Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience is essential Experience with online reservation software, office 365, volume email & telephone management highly regarded. Experience with Sales and Catering & PMS software would be advantageous Excellent accuracy, verbal and written communication skills to a professional standard Basic numerical ability & Computer literacy Study towards Hospitality/Business Management or similar to Level 4 or above is advantageous Fluency in Mandarin is desirable, though not essential Person Specification Team player with a high standard of integrity and ethics Takes pride in work and has exceptional attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize, work to deadlines, and remain composed under pressure Confident, highly motivated, and determined He kura te tangata - We are all valued It's an exciting time for us with dynamic growth in our company, we have plenty of opportunities, now is the time to join Hind Management Group.
