From ensuring flawless events to converting enquiries into sales, you’ll be the linchpin between front-line customer service and event success.

• Leading a team to deliver high-quality service across both reservations and events.
• Managing enquiries, reservations, and bookings, both over the phone and online.
• Coordinating events and ensuring all details are flawlessly executed.
• Liaising with the reception team to keep them updated on occupancy levels, VIPs, and special events.
• Maximising revenue by upselling and promoting our food and beverage packages.
• Supporting the team in their growth and development, helping them succeed in their roles.
