We are seeking a passionate receptionist whose attitude not only aims to please guests but extends to anticipating and satisfying their unspoken needs.
The role at our reception goes beyond the conventional check-in/check-out tasks. It encompasses a diverse range of duties and responsibilities at the core of our house, dedicated to deliver our guests a seamless and most extraordinary experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome & assist guests with check-in, check-out & throughout their stay
• Provide a very personalized service with professionalism & efficiency
• Manage guest bookings for rooms, the Michelin restaurant, Vila Joya SEA and the Pool Restaurant
• Liaise with all departements to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Process payments, invoices and guest documentation/information with great detail and accurately
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and act on them proactively
• Uphold the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion in all guest interactions
