This role covers all our branches nationally and will be located in Tullamarine. We are looking for a customer service focused Reservations & Administrations Assistant to join the Let’s Go team on a casual basis. You will have proven experience in a reservations, customer service or call centre role. Full product training will be provided in the job.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers by providing sales and reservations service over the phone and email. You’ll also be dealing with agents, general telephone sales, enquiries from prospective customers, preparing quotes and processing confirmed reservations. You’ll also get involved in providing customers with all the relevant information and support they need about our motorhomes and campervans to get them on their way to a great holiday.
