JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Reservations & Revenue Manager to oversee bookings and maximise guest revenue at Sawcliffe Manor. This is not a front-desk reception role — it is a senior, independent position combining guest communications, upselling, and commercial reporting.
The ideal candidate will be confident in guest communication, proactive in spotting revenue opportunities, and skilled at packaging and promoting offers that enhance the guest journey.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in hospitality, events, luxury retail, luxury travel, luxury travel PR, commuications roles or reservations management.
  • Strong commercial awareness — comfortable analysing revenue and spotting opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to draft polished, persuasive guest messages.
  • Tech-friendly: confident with software such as CRM tools, SaaS, booking tools, AI tools and reporting.
  • Proactive and independent — able to take responsibility without constant direction.
  • Creative mindset for packaging offers and anticipating guest needs.
  • Background in hospitality revenue, guest experience, concierge, or customer success highly desirable.

  • Review spa schedules, ensuring high utilisation by suggesting promotions and packages.
  • Produce concise weekly reports covering:
  • Revenue per booking and upsell performance.
