A typical day at Greenline Coaches;
The things you are likely to encounter in our busy travel shop:
- Inbound phone calls from customers making enquiries, taking bookings and payments, helping customers choose their next holiday or day trip
- Using technology such as Microsoft packages, holiday booking system, and social media
- Liasing with external agencies such hotels about bookings, facilities and other customer queries
- Helping to resolve feedback from customers
- Maintaining the highest level of customer service and standards
- Working within a team and/or customers to resolve issues, balancing the customer’s and the company’s needs, and communicating effectively.
- Being flexible and dynamic in your working style and prioritising our customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Coordinate with suppliers and team members
- Advising customers on holidays and making recommendations
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to increase bookings for our coach services and day trips.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail, sales and ideally travel.
- Strong understanding of administration.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with customer service, retail, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Part Time Roles available:
Part Time Hours: 2 days per week and 2 Saturdays per month. Plus flexibility to cover holiday and sickness
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,450.00-£26,000.00 per year
