About the Role: We are seeking permanent, full time Booking Hosts at our global contact centre, based in South Auckland. You’ll assist Guests in booking their dream campervan holidays and answer any questions about the campervan experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Utilise your excellent customer service skills and product knowledge to match customers with the perfect campervan. Bookings: Provide quotes and assist with bookings for holidays in NZ & AU, addressing any additional needs for their campervan holiday. Channels: Manage our main communication channels: phone, email, and live chat. Sales Targets: Be motivated to achieve sales targets. Product Knowledge: Familiarise Guests with our products and highlight fun activities in New Zealand and Australia. About You: Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or Contact Centre Industry Knowledge: Tourism industry experience is a plus Qualifications: Tertiary qualification preferred but not essential Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent listening skills, tech-savvy Passion: Enthusiasm for travel and tourism Flexible: Available to work some evenings and weekends.
