The Opportunity
We are seeking a Reservations Call Agent to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. As the first voice our guests hear, you will play a critical role in shaping their impression of Damara Day Spa. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys delivering warm, attentive, and detail-oriented service over the phone, while ensuring that every reservation is handled with accuracy and care.
You will act as the central contact point for guests booking appointments, seeking information about services, or requesting assistance with special accommodations. This role requires a balance of hospitality, professionalism, and efficiency to ensure that each guest begins their spa journey with confidence and ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and courteously, assisting guests with reservations and inquiries.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and changes while maintaining accuracy in booking systems.
  • Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
  • Handle special requests with care, ensuring guest needs are communicated to the appropriate departments.
  • Record and maintain accurate guest information in the reservation system.
  • Collaborate with spa staff to optimize scheduling and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
  • Support outbound call campaigns, such as confirming appointments or notifying guests of promotions.
  • Uphold Damara Day Spa’s values of hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional guest care.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center, reservations, or hospitality-focused role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional phone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and scheduling software; spa or hospitality booking systems are an asset.
  • Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
  • A genuine interest in wellness, hospitality, and guest care.
