THE ROLE

We are seeking a Reservations Coordinator to join our team, with a primary focus on managing reservations for FIRE Steakhouse & Bar and SOLE Seafood & Grill.
This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident on the phones, and enjoys delivering outstanding guest service. You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, ensuring a seamless booking process, efficient inbox management, and supporting the wider team to maximise covers and revenue.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Handle a high volume of reservation enquiries by phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
• Manage and prioritise multiple inboxes, responding promptly and accurately to guest and client enquiries
• Manage individual and group bookings, amendments, and cancellations across FIRE and SOLE
• Work closely with the Reservations and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication with Operations
• Maintain accurate information on the booking systems and produce clear function sheets where required
• Assist with VIP and repeat guest management, ensuring a personalised experience
• Support the maximisation of revenue through upselling
• Provide an outstanding standard of guest service at all times
