We are currently recruiting for a Reservations Executive to join our team. This is a full time vacancy.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Flexible with hours
- Experience with Hotsoft preferable but not essential
- Administration experience
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong leadership, time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail is a must
Responsibilities:
- Manage telephone and email enquiries
- Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue
- Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients
- Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
- Maintain a thorough understanding of properties facilities and processes.
- To ensure that all business leads and opportunities are followed up in a timely manner including enquiries and provisional bookings.
- Ensure bookings are guaranteed and no show charges/late cancellation charges are applied where appropriate
- To deal with all clients in a professional and friendly manner
- To deal with any guest complaints, queries and suggestions quickly and efficiently
- To adhere to all Company policies including but not limited to Customer Care, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Cash Handling etc.
- To comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing and Employment
- Use of onsite computer systems including Hotsoft, Availpro & ResDiary.
- Liaise regularly with relevant managers in relation to reservations
- To attend hotel meetings as required, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
- To ensure all business standards and reservations plan are followed in line with policies set out.
- To work as part of a team
