Responsibilities
Reservation “clean up” on all future bookings: verifying guest preferences, billings and allocation requests.
Liaising with guests and 3rd party bookers for payment for bookings
Answering all reservation calls under the LQA and Forbes standards.
Prioritising and actioning emails on daily basis ensuring 24-hour turnaround time.
Ensuring all tasks on reservations checklist are adhered to on daily basis.
As a Reservations Executive, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Reservations Executive candidate, you will have previous experience working in a luxury hospitality environment. You will be a great team player with excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
