The sky is your limit Salary: $70,000 USD Gross per annum Job Description Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management & eCommerce, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Lead and manage all aspects of the Reservations department and ensure all service standards are followed Manage and coordinate all group and individual reservations Maintain close liaison with the Sales, Conference, and Accounting teams Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required Maximize revenues by ensuring all Reservation Agents are knowledgeable in room product and hotel services Qualifications Previous leadership experience in a similar role required Previous Property Manager System (Opera) experience preferred Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required Previous experience within group and tour markets preferred Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
