POSITION OVERVIEW

This position forms an integral part of our dynamic Reservations Team here at Cabot Highlands. This role opens the gateway to the guest experience and is the first point of contact for our clients. As we operate in a seasonal environment this role offers flexible hours which may include weekends and bank holidays in season with an adjustment in the off season to shorter days. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a small but busy reservations team in a dynamic luxury golf setting.

Model and uphold exceptional customer service standards to ensure every guest interaction is memorable, delivering a “magical” experience from the first point of contact.

QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE

· Excellent level of Numeracy & Literacy skills
· Educated to Advanced Higher level or equivalent
· Experience of hospitality or working in a golfing environment would be advantageous
· Experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced hospitality/tourism setting preferably in a management position but not essential
· Sales experience and reaching target sales
· Confidence in managing a team and creating a culture of excellence
· Impeccable communication skills - phone, email, and in-person.
· An analytical mindset paired with a genuine enthusiasm for outstanding guest service and building relationships
· A “can-do” attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for being part of Cabots mission to provide a magical guest experience
· Ability to negotiate and communicate well at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
