RESERVATIONS MANAGER

As Reservations Manager, you will report to the Group General Manager. You will effectively guide and manage hotel reservation operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment.

• Manage the day-to-day operations in the reservation office.
• To constantly update the hotel’s revenue systems.
• To assist in the maximisation of room revenue, occupancy percentage and yield management.
• Work closely with the revenue manager and DOS to ensure the efficient running of the department.
• Manage group reservations for the property, maximising on revenue opportunities.
• Work closely and collaborate with other HODs in the smooth running of hotel operations.
