Full job description
Handle air ticket bookings, changes, cancellations and refunds.
Assist customers with UAE visas, visit visas, tourist visas and visa applications
Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-in customers.
Good knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining booking records, preparing reports, tracking sales, payments, and other travel-related data.
Experience in using B2B travel portals for flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa services, fare comparison, ticket issuance, amendments, and cancellations is an advantage.
