DPA Sports Travel specialises in providing accommodation and extensive destination management services on a worldwide B2B basis. The company focuses on major international sports events, such as the FIFA World Cup, Euro Championships, Olympic Games, Formula 1 and the English Premier League.

Assisting a small, enthusiastic team with English Premier League Reservations of the business. Below are some of the main duties:

• Handling Phone calls & email queries
• Managing the website & stock control around the Premier League
• Confirming rooms + service coming in from our online booking system
• Liaising with hotels and clients regarding their bookings
• Taking & making reservations that fall outside the website including group bookings (hotels, restaurant, transport & guides)
• Building databases & presentations together using Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Invoicing clients and hotels
• Some travel may be required
• Contracting hotels
• Looking after the emergency phone over the weekend
