Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end reservations process,ensuring a seamless and elevated guest journey from booking to arrival.
Manage the reservations system (SevenRooms),optimising table allocation,pacing,and booking policies to maximise both guest experience and revenue.
Lead communication with guests via phone,email,and online platforms — handling VIPs,special requests,and last-minute changes with warmth and efficiency.
Work closely with the restaurant’s management and front of house teams to align daily operations,guest preferences,and pre-service planning.
Monitor and report on reservation trends,guest feedback,and no-show/cancellation rates to support business decisions.
Maintain and manage guest database and profiles,ensuring key preferences and notes are consistently updated.
Support in the execution of exclusive events,group bookings,and high-profile guest experiences.
Train and guide hosts and other team members on reservations best practices,tone of voice,and service standards.
Act as a brand ambassador for Luso — upholding a tone that’s professional,warm,and aligned with our identity as a contemporary Portuguese restaurant.
