  Job Summary Manages the daily operation of the Reservations Department, ensuring outstanding customer service, enforcement of hotel policies and procedures and proper selling techniques designed to enhance overall hotel revenue. Education & Experience * High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.  * Three-year hotel supervisory or management experience with a minimum of six months of Reservation Sales or related discipline experience. * Knowledge of a Resort Operations and Services to guests. * Read, write and speak in English and Spanish. * Computer literate. * Able to work different shifts according to operational needs Physical Requirements * Must be able to sit for long hours. * Able to handle multiple tasks and make accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment. * Able to lift up to 25 pounds. * The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
