  • Previous similar Restaurant & Bar experience is preferred, however not essential.
  • Proven skills in Heading a Reception Team, ensuring that all interactions are positive & professional.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Reservations System – Oversee and maintain the reservation platform, ensure real-time availability updates, monitor overbooking risks, and manage cancellations or changes.
  • Lead & train staff within the Reservations/Host Team, fostering a Positive Work Culture.
  • Handle guest inquiries via multiple different platforms such as phone, email or online chat & resolve any issues related to bookings whilst communicating concisely with affected departments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences from initial booking (enquiry) to after-sales service.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Restaurant & Bar offerings/packages, to provide patrons with accurate information to boost occupancy.
  • Monitor reservation systems for performance & implement improvements as necessary.
  • Prepare reports on reservations trends/rates for daily management review
