The Reservations Manager Role is based on 40 hours over 5 days, Monday to Friday. Presence during special events might be required (Press events, Concierge events).
Salary starts at £40,000 per year and is negotiable depending on experience.
As a Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for the Reservations processes and Reservations Team (3 including the manager) who are handling external calls and emails, ensuring the best possible experience is given to all our guests right from the start. You will also be liaising with the Director of Operations and CEO to maximise revenue in all venues through analysis of business levels and competitors.
The ideal candidate must have excellent command of English (written and verbal), excellent customer service and selling skills as well as a proven track record of training and maintaining high standards and high spirits in a team. The candidate must also be fully knowledgeable with the 7Rooms booking platform.
Previous experience in a busy Restaurant Reservations environment is essential, a bubbly personality and exceptional communication skills are also a requirement. London concierge and third party booking sites knowledge would also be beneficial.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about guests experience and has a view on operational marketing that can better the reservations. The role is suitable for an experienced Reservations Manager or Assistant Manager looking to progress.
