Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site Reservations Officer role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Reservations Officer will handle booking inquiries, manage reservations systems, assist customers with travel details, process airline ticketing requests, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with team members and supporting marketing & sales-related activities to meet customer needs effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience in reservations and booking systems is an advantage.
2. Good customer service and communication skills.
3. Sales skills and the ability to upsell services.
4. Knowledge of airline ticketing is preferred.
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
6. Travel and hospitality experience is a plus.
7. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
8. Native Arabic speaker is required.
