Responsibilities

Our Reservations & Revenue Manager will support the Commercial Manager in maximising revenue, occupancy and profitability across all distribution channels. This includes managing rates and inventory across all platforms, analysing booking trends and working closely with departments to drive business performance.
Our ideal candidate for Reservations & Revenue Manager will have sound commercial acumen, be highly organised, driven, outgoing and demonstrate superb communication skills, a natural rapport. You’ll have sound analytical skills, an understanding of revenue management and dynamic pricing. It is likely that you will bring a passion for food & beverage gained from working in a similar environment, in and around the sales department. You will have reservations management experience and be able to lead a small team. Familiarity with a room & event booking system such as HART would be ideal.
