Job Description Be the first point of connection for our guests and set the tone for an exceptional stay. As a Casual Reservations Sales Agent, you’ll combine strong customer service with a proactive sales approach to maximise revenue and create seamless booking experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, identifying opportunities, and delivering personalised service in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility that casual employment offers. What You’ll Do Convert enquiries into bookings through confident selling and upselling Provide prompt, professional responses via phone and email Accurately manage reservations and guest information Promote hotel services, packages, and special offers Resolve guest enquiries with a positive, solutions-focused approach Monitor availability, rates, and opportunities to maximise revenue Qualifications What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years’ experience in Front Office or Reservations Previous experience in a sales-focused role (highly regarded) Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests High attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Experience with Microsoft Office; Opera Cloud experience advantageous Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Additional Information Why work for Accor?
