Job Description We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Reservations Sales Agent to join our team on a Full Time basis. Reporting to the Revenue / Reservations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service while maximising room revenue opportunities through effective reservations management. Key Responsibilities Handle hotel reservations via phone, email, and online booking channels Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest enquiries Maximise revenue opportunities through upselling and promoting hotel services Maintain accurate guest information and booking details in Opera PMS Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams Ensure all reservations are processed efficiently and accurately Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and local area information Assist with group reservations and special guest requests when required Qualifications Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office preferred Knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Positive attitude with a strong guest service focus Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Full Australian working rights required Additional Information At Accor, we believe Hospitality is a Work of Heart.
