We are currently seeking a guest-focused and results-driven Reservation Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will drive revenue performance while delivering an exceptional first impression, ensuring every guest’s journey begins with professionalism, warmth and efficiency. Job Description Delivering a Five-Star Experience Every Step of the Way We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven Reservation Sales Agent to support hotel performance and create exceptional first impressions for our guests. In this role, you will drive revenue performance while delivering an exceptional first impression, ensuring every guest’s journey begins with professionalism, warmth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling to enhance guest experiences and optimise hotel performance Respond to phone calls and emails with professionalism, delivering personalised and efficient service Accurately process guest reservations and maintain information with attention to detail Handle guest enquiries and concerns with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring positive resolutions Monitor rates and promotions to capitalise on all sales opportunities Join us and become a Heartist, delivering service from the heart while making a real impact on both our guests and the hotel’s success! Qualifications We are looking for candidates who are passionate about growth and development, and who are committed to making a meaningful impact within our team.
