Starting at $20 per hour + the opportunity for a monthly incentive based on reservations completed. Requirements What you will do: Answer in-bound sales calls for luxury brand hotels and resorts in Jackon Hole Resort’s Teton Village and Snake River Sporting Club. Respond to inquiries ensuring all guest needs are identified and options are proactively suggested Ensure reservation and guest details are correctly entered into Property Management Systems Promote seasonal packages and current promotions to our guests Complete other administrative duties for the Reservations Department – audits, deposit tracking, etc. You will assist our Guests with class and style as they plan and book their dream stay. To be successful as a Reservations Sales Specialist, you will need: Previous reservations sales experience is preferred Previous luxury hotel experience or customer service experience is preferred. Great computer skills with multiple programs and the ability to toggle between them. Sales focused and Service minded with an ability to genuinely connect with customers. Eagerness to learn and take pride in your work. Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills with ability to multi-task.
