Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Reservations Sales Agent to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for liaising with guests on the phone, selling our hotel, and confirming and inputting reservation information. Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of guest telephone enquiries, converting sales and reservations through exceptional customer-relationship skills
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our products to provide guests with accurate and immediate information in areas including room rates, types, and their availability
  • Liaise with our past guests and direct clientele, tailoring specialised itineraries to meet their needs and expectations
  • Follow and maintain all quality assurance standards
