Use effective sales and upselling techniques to maximise revenue, while delivering consistent professional, brand-aligned guest service.  * Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations with clear understanding of policies and compliance with brand standards * Apply upselling and personalised sales techniques while identifying guest requirements to maximise room revenue, suggest alternatives, and promote property amenities and offers * Accurately input and manage reservation data, including: special codes, loyalty details, confirmation numbers, and documentation of guest preferences * Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues, verbal and written * Bring our Whatever/Whenever brand culture to life with every warm guest interaction     W Hotels’ mission is to Ignite Curiosity, Expand Worlds.
