An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing team at Holiday Inn Express Manchester City Centre as a Reservation and Sales Co-ordinator. We are looking to add a Reservation & Sales Co-ordinator to our team with the enthusiasm and passion to work in a friendly and engaging small but high performing admin team, to help us reach new levels in 2024 and beyond. You will have great attention to detail ensuring all billing and reservation instructions are coordinated effortlessly to our front office teams to ensure our guests have a flawless stay. You will be responsible for generating revenue, provide efficient, friendly, engaging advice, convert bedroom accommodation enquiries into bookings on the phone, in person or by letter. You will be a whiz with computer programmes and able to switch between reservation systems with ease to carry out reservation checks, take deposits and deal with advance purchase bookings. We love people who have a creative approach and you will be brimming with ideas on how to continuously improve our service, finding ways where we can be more efficient so we can spend time where it’s important, with our guests.
