What you will be doing: Assist Reservations Sales Manager and Supervisor in training and mentoring of the Reservations Team. Direct team to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. Managing airline crews and small group business Optimise Hotel occupancy, average rate and yield. Convert all Reservation enquiries into bookings. Take responsibility to attain the highest possible occupancy and average rate. Your experience and skills include: You are a professional and talented individual who is looking for the next step in their career and wants to join a fast paced and high performing team renowned for their approach and delivery of unparalleled service. Natural team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You have strong customer care skills as well as the ability to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.
