Job Description The Reservations Supervisor supports the daily supervision of the Reservations Department. The role ensures accurate reservations handling, high service standards, and smooth coordination with revenue, sales, and front office teams to maximize revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction. The Reservations Supervisor assists in maintaining departmental efficiency while supporting team development and operational excellence. Supervise daily reservations activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Ensure all reservations are entered correctly with complete guest details, rates, and payment information. Monitor booking channels and reservation queues to ensure timely response to guest and partner requests. Review reservations made by agents and ensure compliance with hotel standards and rate strategies. Assist in managing room inventory and coordinate closely with Revenue and Front Office teams. Provide guidance and daily support to the Reservations Team Leader and reservation agents. Ensure staff follow established procedures and maintain high service standards. Assist with training and onboarding of new reservations team members. Support the Reservations Manager in maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Assist in preparing daily reservation reports and operational updates. Support preparation of duty rosters when required. Ensure proper documentation and secure handling of guest information. Promote a sales-oriented culture within the reservations team. Encourage upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate. Ensure reservations agents follow selling techniques aligned with revenue strategies. Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years experience in Reservations in a luxury hotel environment Previous supervisory experience preferred Hospitality diploma or university degree Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Knowledge of hotel reservation systems Additional Information The opportunity to join an international and innovative and fast-growing group, committed not only to building new hotels, but to creating a global brand.
