Job Description As a Reservations Supervisor, you will lead a team a small team in the reservations department. You report directly to the Director of Revenue and oversee reservations for corporate and leisure guests. As Reservations Supervisor, you play a crucial role in assisting our hotel guests from their initial inquiry to their arrival. Supervise and support the reservations team in handling bookings. Safely and securely handle payment transactions, verifying billing details for accuracy Ensure all reservations are entered accurately into the property management system. Monitor room inventory, availability, and booking restrictions to optimize occupancy and revenue. Train and mentor reservations staff on systems, procedures, and service standards. Liaise with Sales, Revenue Management, and Front Office teams to ensure booking accuracy and smooth guest arrivals. Monitor reservation channels (phone, email, online travel agents) and respond promptly to enquiries. Identify upselling opportunities and ensure the team actively promotes room upgrades and packages. Resolve reservation discrepancies, guest issues, and booking amendments.
