1. Implements effective hotel Reservations Management, and applies the following ingredients:
   a. Market Segmentation
   b. Historical Demand and Booking Patterns
   c. Demand Forecast and Displacement Analysis
   d. Pricing and Inventory Management
   e. Overbooking
   f. Information Systems
2. Implements effective and accurate forecasting system.
3. Implements appropriate strategy for Demand and Supply situation in the hotel to get the maximum revenue.
4. Works and apply effectively Demand Calendar – Hotel Revenue Management.
5. Understands and implements effectively Group Trends strategies and elements.
6. Establishes and implements Pick –up Report system and reports
7. Understands and implements Stay Controls or restrictions and reports significant factors to the Head of Department
8. Checks the public rates of your competition, regular, at least once a week.
9. Handles Distribution Benchmarking and reports any significant factors to the Head of Department
10. Applies Market Penetration Index whenever required and applicable
11. Applies effective Pricing Strategies and ensures the following elements exists:
    a. Price Discrimination
    b. Positioning Strategy
    c. RevPAR
    d. Dynamic Pricing
12. Ensures that all front office and reservations standard & operating procedures are followed.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
