WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULL-TIME RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR TO OVERSEE ALL GUEST BOOKINGS AND ENSURING ALL INCOMING CALLS AND EMAILS ARE HANDLED PROFESSIONALLY AND COURTEOUSLY. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Supervise, monitor, and train new and existing Reservations Agents to maintain a consistent Tone of Voice and enhance the guest experience
• Maximise revenue by converting enquires into confirmed bookings
• Maintain oversight of the property’s availability, capacity, rates and bookings to optimise operations.
• Ensure Reservation Agents are informed of all promotions and packages to support effective selling.
