The 4-star Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club is seeking a detail-oriented and customer focused Reservations Supervisor to join our fantastic team. Conveniently located just a short stroll from Maynooth town centre and only a 25-minute drive from Dublin City Centre, the Glenroyal Hotel is easily accessible via national rail and bus services.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Previous hotel experience in a reservations role is essential
Experience with a hotel PMS, with Rezlynx being an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time management skills
An eye for detail
An organised multi-tasker
Experience managing group bookings is a distinct advantage
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Reservations Supervisor with the Glenroyal Hotel, you will help to lead our reservations department to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of all booking enquiries. You will assist the Reservations Manager in overseeing the daily operations, optimising room occupancy and delivering excellent guest service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Dealing with all incoming reservations via phone, email and web in a professional and friendly manner
Ensuring all queries are responded to within agreed timelines
Accurately inputting reservations into the Guestline reservations system
Communicate guest requests to the relevant departments promptly
Support the team in managing individual and group bookings
