Reservations Supervisor - Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor
is looking for their next Reservations Supervisor to join the Reservations Team! Find this hotel next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards and it is connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk and near downtown dining.
Our ideal candidate has previous Reservations or Front Office experience, ideally already trained in ONQ, RnI and Dephi and has a keen attention to details.
Shift Pattern: 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday - Friday, with weekend availability, when needed.
Pay Rate: $27.17 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Reservations Supervisor, you will oversee the efficient operation of the reservations department and the group reservation process to accommodate guest needs and maximize revenue. You will be responsible for managing the reservations process and operation in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Manage daily reservations processes and operations to include, but not limited to, room inventory and availability, group rooming lists and blocks, cut-off dates and restrictions, occupancy, selling guest rooms, systems use and management.
  • Ensure proper group billing set up.
  • Prepare and generate designated reports.
  • Handles guest complaints and assists in problem solving techniques.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
  • Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
