RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR

As the Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring that all bookings are handled with precision, efficiency, and the highest level of guest service. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and can drive both revenue and customer satisfaction through meticulous reservation management and team leadership.

Full-Time Position - IN OFFICE SHIFTS REQUIRED*
The Reservation Supervisor will assist guests with planning and booking reservations for a vacation home on Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Lido Key, Bradenton and Sarasota FL. Emphasis on providing a unique experience to every guest every time and securing reservations by demonstrating how Prime Vacations differentiates themselves as a luxury property management group.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in a reservations or front office supervisory role within a luxury hotel or property management company.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
  • Ability to work fulltime and flexible hours must be available to work weekends
  • Veterans are highly encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of TRACK, Villa Control and Breezeway Software programs are a plus

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with planning and booking reservations via phone calls, inquiries from websites, and walkins.
  • Process payments (convert bookings) and send details and confirmation to the guest
  • Be knowledgeable of all properties in the Prime Vacations catalog. It is your responsibility to obtain any answers to questions you do not know in a timely manner.
  • Update minimum nights allowed to allow 100% occupancy where applicable
  • Offer guests addon dates to fill gaps in the calendar
  • Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current guests, explaining the advantages of location and Prime Vacations service
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of property features, services, and surrounding area to provide expert advice to guests and team members.
  • Supervise and support the reservations team to ensure all guest inquiries, bookings, and communications are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Possess strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to develop and foster relationships with guests and AMI preferred vendors
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment
  • Respond to escalated guest issues or booking discrepancies in a timely and guestfocused manner.
