Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations Supervisor to join our team in yanbu, Saudi Arabia. In this key role, you will oversee the reservations department, ensuring optimal revenue generation and exceptional guest experiences. Lead and manage the reservations team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals Oversee daily reservations operations, implementing effective strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy Monitor and analyze reservation trends, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures Collaborate with revenue management, sales, and front office teams to align reservation strategies with overall business objectives Handle complex reservation inquiries and resolve escalated customer issues Generate and analyze reports on reservations performance, providing insights to management Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian hospitality regulations and standards Qualifications What you bring to the table: A service-oriented personality is essential; experience in dealing with guests/customers is an advantage. You have experience working with Opera or a similar system. You have excellent interpersonal/social skills and are very solution-oriented.
