Job Description The Reservations Team Leader supports the Reservations Supervisor in coordinating the daily activities of the reservations team. The role ensures accurate reservation processing, timely responses to guest inquiries, and adherence to Rixos service standards. The Team Leader acts as the first operational support level for reservation agents and helps maintain service quality and operational consistency. Support the Reservations Supervisor in managing daily reservations activities. Ensure reservations are entered accurately with correct rates, guest details, and payment information. Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner. Monitor reservations queues and ensure all requests are processed within required timelines. Assist reservation agents with complex bookings or guest requests. Provide on-the-job guidance to team members to ensure service standards are maintained. Support training sessions and knowledge sharing within the reservations team. Review reservations for accuracy and completeness. Ensure VIP bookings and special requests are communicated to relevant departments. Maintain high standards of professionalism when interacting with guests and partners.
