Company Description Work your Way to Sydney! We are seeking a motivated, energetic and guest-focused Reservations Team Leader on a fulltime capacity to join our Portfolio team. Reporting directly to the Portfolio Reservations Manager, you will assist in centrally managing the Reservations for a Portfolio of 4 key Accor properties across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Job Description Ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across all interaction points Monitoring your team of Agents and providing mentorship and guidance Dealing with more complex queries and escalation from Agents Assisting to control all bookings across the 4 properties Ensuring a high booking conversion rate and that targets are met Utilising sales techniques to meet quotas and hit upselling goals Assist the Reservations Manager in establishing best practices for the Department Qualifications You have experience and proven success in a similar environment and are ready to take on a new challenge You have exceptional communication and customer service skills You love finding the YES for our guests You are driven, self-motivated and like working in a team environment You have full working rights in Australia Experience in a Hotel environment and with OPERA Cloud will be highly advantageous but not essential Additional Information By joining Accor you will also be joining a company who thrives on growing and developing their people, and the career opportunities are endless.
