About the role As a Reservations Trainee, you will join the reservations and revenue management team and you will colaborate builing customer loyalty. Program length: 6 to 8 months Start date: February or March 2026 What’s in it for you You will have the opportunity to acquire global knowledge of the hotel facilities and services to maximize hotel sales. Internship allowance of 500€ gross per month + TIPS What you need to have Currently enrolled in a Hospitality and Hotel Management, Business Management, Marketing, International Business (Diploma, University studies or Master). Fluent in English (B2+ or above) Fluent in Spanish (C1+ or above) User level of Microsoft Office. Passion for customer service and excellence. Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills. Good organization and planning skills. Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
