Position Responsibilities: The Reset Supervisor supports the Sales team in retail accounts through the creation and implementation of schematics and serves as the point of contact for all reset activities The Reset Supervisor executes store resets according to pre-established plan-o-grams, coordinating with team members As a Reset Supervisor you will lead and supervise team members during reset activities to ensure effective implementation You will communicate store changes resulting from resets to customers, emphasizing merchandising improvements You will resolve issues and provide solutions during reset activities, while supporting the sales team with space allocation and standards implementation Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 3 plus years of related experience with 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 plus years of related experience with 1 plus years of supervisory experience Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
