At IDM Youth Services (IDMYS) we believe that all people have the right to live in a safe, stable, supportive environment. This position will oversee our Supported Living program, which provides physical, emotional, vocational, recreational, social, and emotional support to young adults. The Residence Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of the program and provides supervision and support to employees.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in a related human/social service field, three years recent related experience, and one-year minimum experience in a supervisory or administrative role. Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Valid Driver’s license - the equivalent of BC Class 5
• Must be 19 years or older.
• Must obtain and maintain screening through the MCFD and the Ministry of Justice.
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
