Job Description We are seeking a candidate who can deliver exceptional luxury hospitality by overseeing all daily residential operations and ensuring seamless, high-standard service. Acting as the primary contact for homeowners and long-stay residents, this role will collaborate with all hotel departments to provide full access to services and curated experiences. With a proactive and detail-oriented approach, the candidate will uphold Raffles brand standards, lead resident-facing teams, and ensure full compliance with safety and property regulations.
