Description The Arc Madison Cortland is the better opportunity you've been looking for!Join our team and be a part of empowering the individuals we serve! *SIGN ON BONUS-UP TO $1000* New Hire Rate: $26.59 SUMMARY: Supervises staff and residents and oversees the operation of assigned sites by performing the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Trainer and mentor for newly hired/promoted Residence Managers/Assistant Residence Managers/Relief Staff. Supervises the orientation/training program for any assigned residences and relief staff. Relief staff management and scheduling. Utilizes training protocols and oversight to provide ongoing staff training/education/review within the Residential department. Provides agency training as assigned. Schedules in-service training for all relief and assigned staff and assures attendance. Must be flexible to working in multiple residential sites, regular travel is required. About the ARC’S Residence Program: In the residential program, the most caring people are the trained staff who provide 24-hour supervision, care, and guidance to residents.
