Description The Arc Madison Cortland is the better opportunity you've been looking for!Join our team and be a part of empowering the individuals we serve! *NEW HIRING RATE $25.18 Hourly! ***Sign On Bonus-up to $1,000*** Residential Setting ~ Flexible hours as needed ~ Monday -Friday 8a-4p SUMMARY: Supervises staff and residents and oversees the operation of assigned sites by performing but not limited to the following duties: Participates in the development and assures compliance of Individual Service Plans, including but not limited to Residential Habilitation Plans, the Level of Supervision Care and Monitoring Guides/Protective Oversight for Treatment Team approved as necessary or required. Interviews, hires, trains and supervises all approved direct care positions in compliance with all agency and departmental policies. Oversee residents' finances, medications and healthcare needs to assure compliance with agency policy and regulatory requirements. About the ARC’S Residence Program: In the residential program, the most caring people are the trained staff who provide 24-hour supervision, care, and guidance to residents.
