Are you passionate about supporting students to thrive at university? Are you empathetic, organised, and committed to inclusion and wellbeing? Join our Accommodation Services team as a Residences Life Support Coordinator (Education and Wellbeing) and make a direct impact on student life.
You will lead on welfare support, including conducting welfare checks, organising 1-1s and flat meetings, and signposting students to appropriate services. You’ll help shape an inclusive and supportive student experience by designing and delivering a residential curriculum that promotes personal, academic, and career development. As the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) lead, you’ll also play a vital role in supporting underrepresented student groups and fostering a welcoming environment for all.
Working collaboratively with other Residences Life Coordinators, you’ll help design and deliver a vibrant, inclusive residential curriculum that fosters personal, academic, and social development. From wellbeing checks to policy implementation, your work will shape a safe, supportive community where students can flourish.
